ReachOut is sponsored by Columbia Metro Rotary in Columbia Missouri. The primary mission of this project is to connect youth, schools, and other community partners with Rotary Resources.
In 2022, Metro also expanded its ReachOut mission to recently arrived Afghan refugees, with a particular focus on building opportunities for women and families.
